Training

The Oak Ridge V.F.D. holds training every Wednesday at 7:00PM.

Out members also attend classes sponsored by the Allegheny County Fire Academy, Washington County Fire Academy, CCAC, CCBC, The Pennsylvania Fire Academy outreach program as well as attending classes at the main campus of the fire academy in Lewistown Pennsylvania.

Special classes and instructors are brought in as needed.  The department is also very fortunate to have a state certified instructor as a member who help with training.

All training is provided by and paid for by the department.
