Oak Ridge operates three pieces of apparatus: a Pierce Dash Rescue-Pumper, a Pierce/International Rescue/Mini-pumper, and a Ford F-250 pickup truck.  

269 Engine

269 Engine carries various equipment for structural firefighting.  It also contains a four gas meter for responses involving carbon monoxide.  269 Engine is equipped with a Husky Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) as well as a Wilburt Night Scan light tower.

269 Rescue

Crew Capacity: 3

269 Rescue carries equipment for various types of rescue, spill response, and a landing zone kit.  It also contains equipment for structural firefighting including a Husky Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS).  This truck's small size and short wheelbase make it ideal for some of the tighter streets in our response area.

269 Squad

Year: 2003

Make: Ford

Model: F-250 Super Duty

Crew Capacity: 5

269 Squad is used as a support vehicle at all incidents.  It carries basic hand tools, cleanup equipment, first aid equipment, and a chainsaw.
